The Serra Club of North Columbus started the month of September off with guest speaker Deacon Tom Rowlands from St. Margaret of Cortona. He shared his inspiring journey of how God called him to the permanent Diaconate through much prayer and through the counsel of others. He also shared a brief history of this vocation, citing early church deacons such as St. Stephen and St. Lawrence.
