The Serrans of North Columbus had a very special mini retreat at the Bridgettine Sisters; Chapel and Retreat House on Tuesday. They first gathered at Holy Family Catholic Church for Mass, then enjoyed lunch in Madonna Hall at the Bridgettine Sisters; Chapel and Retreat House. Fr. Joseph Slattery, Wildly ALIVE Catholic, filled all those gathered with inspiration and wonder. The Holy Spirit is ALIVE and well as we practice the truths of our faith. The Rosary was prayed with Mother Eunice and Sr. Jose Mary and all were invited to sit with Our Lord in the Sisters’ temporary Chapel for Adoration.
A tour was also given—despite the rain—to share all the exciting happenings on the convent grounds, including the construction of the Bell Tower, Cloister walkway, and the soon-to-be Chapel!
